I will contakt Netflix again since they then probably missunderstood my question, their answer was that they support 5. So I thought Apple removed the ability to download it not Netflix. You won't be able to download it, I see no reason why Apple or Netflix would bring back a version of the App for old devices, when old devices will struggle using the app. It would just be a waste of money, when they are optimising the app for new technology and devices.

If you don't have iTunes on your PC, you can download it from Apple. This is actually very similar to downloading apps on your iPad. The screen will change to become very similar to the App Store app on your iPad. After you click the "Get" button or the price button, the app will download to your PC.
